Hey....I have never attended a trample party and I was wondering.....what exactly goes on there?.....and do the guys expect us to get them off with our shoes?....I mean I would enjoy doing that for a couple of guys...you know...leave some of my heel marks and dance on them with my spikes...but I would feel bad if a guy wanted me to step on him....

Any advice or thoughts...and what exactly should I wear?

You could pretty much walk all over them as much as you like, as for as what to wear and what you do that would be totally up to you. You don't have to do anything that you wouldn't want to.
