can someone please tell me why the new threads i try to post never make it? it doesn't look to me like i'm doing anything wrong, the files are attaching just fine, and when i'm finished i click 'done', and then i click 'submit'. what am i doing wrong?

Would anyone like to venture a guess what oddworld17801 is doing wrong every time he posts his pictures? Something most frequent members to the forum seem to have no trouble doing, perhaps?

Just a guess...but could it be the lack of a URL giving credit to the source of the pictures?

Thanks for that reply, turbs, very well put. It's good to know that not everyone in this forum is out to make an ass out of the new guys. Everyone has to learn sometime, right? Well, thanks for the info everyone, now I'll try again.

See the nearly 200 posts next to my Avatar? About 190 of them have been posts asking people to make sure they credit the pics...kinda hard to miss if you read ANY posts in the forum...

No one wants to make an ass out of new people, we simply expect someone with 17 posts already to have seen the rules that most people are able to follow...
