The saga continues,
After my second ab session, it was time for my cooldown. Well, in a sense anyway. It was aerobics but a little more strenous than a typical session. We moved off the mat to a clear area. I picked up a jump rope, stood up and got ready. Krista jumped up on me just above my left hip and secured herself by wrapping her arms around my right shoulder. Tanya hopped up similarly just above my right hip and took hold of my left shoulder. Now came my part. Fortunately, I had practiced jumping with them a few times before and didn't fall down much anymore with, inevitably, a good portion of the 270 lbs of their combined weight falling on me.
I started swinging the jump rope and started my "cooldown". Since Tanya weighed less than Krista, she leaned out from me a bit to balance their weights a little more. I got about 20 reps done before I was breathing heavily and had to stop. "We're not getting off yet," Krista said, "You need to do 10 more reps first." I caught my breath a bit and started jumping again. After the 30th rep I stopped again. "Walk us over to the mat," Tanya ordered, "and we'll help your muscles recuperate." I was really breathing hard and was tired but managed to walk the short distance to the mat. The women then hopped off and had me lay face down on the mat.
Krista stood on my upper back (she liked making it difficult for me to get a lot of air) while Tanya walked up and down me from by butt to my calves. She often stood up on her tip-toes to make sure she was working my muscles deeply. I could really feel it when she did this to my calf muscles since it bordered on uncomfortable pain. She also liked to jog a little bit sometimes, taking short quick steps from foot to foot. After Tanya took care of all the muscles on my backside, the girls stepped off and I rolled over. This time Tanya stood on my chest on one foot (mostly) and Krista worked on my upper thighs mostly. After Krista walked heel to toe on my thighs for a couple of minutes, she joined Tanya on my upper body by standing on my abs.
"I wonder how long he can take us standing on him," Krista asked Tanya. "I don't know Krista, but he should be pretty worn out by now. Just let us know when we get to be too much for you." Krista and Tanya stood on me, sometimes shifting their weight back and forth, while discussing their days. After a short time, I don't even think they remembered they were standing on me. It was getting more and more difficult to breath and since there was a girl on both my stomach and my chest, I couldn't get air very well from either area. I tried to alternate breathing areas by either forcing Tanya or Krista up a little bit by the breath I took in but I was fighting a losing battle.
Just about then, I tapped Tanya's leg and she stepped off (with a little bounce first). Then I took a big breath in with my chest and tapped Krista's foot. "Done already?" she asked. She jumped up a bit and bunny hopped off, thereby expelling that nice big breath. I started breathing again but I still labored a bit to take a regular breath. My diaphram was tired out and didn't have a lot of strength left. The girls whispered something to each other and then Krista dove on my body and Tanya laid on top of her. Breathing became more difficult again. But, there were certainly worse places to be....
