You don't need 'dollars' to get a membership. Or are you referring to 'money'? Just get a visa/mastercard/express and join any site.

If you can't or won't buy a membership, there's always the p2p networks. Emule for example has probably got about 100gb of femdom videos on it's network. Downloading copyrighted material is however illegal in most countries. China is no exception.
