Since when can one writer take anothers title and use it.
Take my Story. The Club.
Then take the other one. The club.
You see?
They are the same title.

Yeah, you put a lot of effort into that title. He totally ripped off your hard work.

Dear THE-FACE-SEAT,
I am sorry for the mis identity of my Story "The Club" as it is a easy name to be repeated. But As a Major fan of your work, i will change the Title to Another name next post. I hope you understand when I mean no harm, messing with your stories and didn't mean to copy your Title. I checked your version of "the Club" and it is not the same story, so i will change the name.

Sorry for any infringement of property

I think there is room in the world for two stories called The Club.

Its probably easy enough to name something a title that's been used before with out realizing it. But when you become aware of it, it would seem to be the right thing to change your title to something else.

But tinyjoshua said he would do that... so no harm done.

Later~

Lol at this. Couldn't have said it better myself.

I'm all for a writer retaining the rights to his story, in fact I find it offensive to see people posting other people stories without their consent, but c'mon Face Seat, in this instance grow up a little, Man. If it were a cool title then fair enough but . . . well what Abdel100 said.

Trere's a lot of options for "THE CLUB" like the club floor, or the club seat, the club room. but it's up to you all about the title. enjoy

All jokes aside, unless you have a full copyright of the two words as the title, you can't do anything about it. If you have or had a problem with someone using the title, nothing can be done. But on the other hand, if someone used your "story" and used a different title, then something can be done.

A title is a title. As the Amazon links shows, those authors can be looking at you for taking their title.

A couple of paragraphs isn't a story anyway. How about actually finishing a story for once before whining? This guy has about 20 different "stories" going back a year or two where he bumps them asking people if they want it continued and claiming he has everything finished, and then never doing anything.

The guy he is complaining about at least is trying to finish his.
