Part 5...

Krista didn't live alone but she had two roommates. Up until now, we had the place to ourselves but Tanya had apparently come home. Tanya was half American-Indian, had a long pretty face and a dark complexion. Her 5'7" body was trim and she weighed about 120 lbs. Her feet were size 7 and she was wearing a pair of flip-flops on them. She had just came back from the pool and was wearing her yellow bikini. Her skin was still glistening from the sun tan lotion.

"He looks tired," Tanya asked mischeviously, "What have you two been doing?" "Just exercising", Krista answered, "Wanna help? It's time for his ab work again." Now it looked like I was in for it. The two of them teamed up before and I thought I was going to die. But, it certainly would be a pleasureable death if it happened though. "Let's start him out with isometrics, go ahead and hop on my back," Krista told her.

Tanya hopped up on Krista's back, piggy-back style, and Krista walked over to me laying face-up on the mat. "Here I come," she warned. With that she placed her size 9 foot on the middle of my stomach and stepped up. I tensed my stomach muscles but I knew I wouldn't be able to resist their 270 lbs. for very long. Krista slowly increased the weight on her foot and it slowly sank further and further into my gut. I was struggling already and her back foot was still on the ground. "Hurry up and step up Krista," Tanya urged, "I like watching his face turn red". So Krista stepped up with their full weight and placed her second foot next to her first. I was trying to hold them up and was doing alright but after a few more seconds, Tanya started bouncing up and down a bit. It was easy for her to slide up and down on Krista due to the suntan oil. "I wanna see if we can knock the wind out of him," she explained. "OK, I'll help too," Krista said a little bit too enthusiastically.

Now they were both bouncing up and down and more air was coming out than going in since Krista's feet never left my stomach. "He's having trouble holding us up so let's step off for a second," Krista said. I hadn't even noticed that I couldn't hold them up anymore with my stomach muscles. "Let's do bunny hops next!", Tanya said excitedly, "Those are fun."

Tanya hopped off of Krista's back and Tanya decided to go first. "Get ready, here I come", she warned, "This is a great stress reliever after classes are done." I got ready too and tensed my stomach muscles as Tanya jumped up in the air and landed on my stomach. My aching muscles provided enough resistance for her to bounce back of of me. Krista was next. She was always a little harder on me since she carried another 30 lbs on her larger frame. I tensed a little bit harder and Krista jumped up and landed on me. She didn't jump very high thankfully but it was still intense, then she bounded off again. The two girls alternated jumping up and off my tired stomach muscles. After a couple more jumps, the impacts were getting greater and greater since I wasn't offering much resistance any more.

"I'm not getting much of a bounce anymore when I land on him Krista, are you?", Tanya asked. Krista shook her head. "Maybe we should let him rest a bit so that it's more fun for us", Krista answered. And with that, Krista stepped up on my chest. "Go ahead and put your arms up so we can both fit", she told me.

I placed my arms at my sides with my elbow bent at a 90 degree angle. I opened my hands so that the girls could put on one foot lightly on my hand for balance while they put their other foot on my chest. The foot on my chest held most of their weight. Krista hopped over to the left side of my chest and Tanya stepped with one foot on the right side of my chest and put her other foot in the other hand. Their combined weight was making it difficult to breath and especially to rest. I wondered what they had in mind next...

Ah, exercise is good for the body and the mind. It shoud be done on a regular bassis. Please continue. Cobbler

i love your cooldown stories!!!!they are my absolute favortie, and are quite exciting...if ya know what i mean!! cant wait for th erest , keep up the great work, peace!!!

I too love your cooldown series -- to me, nothing is better than athletic trample!
