A quick tip for everyone: Whenever I have a session with a Mistress I bring with me a piece of paper with my interests and dislikes. I get on my knees and hand it to the Mistress as soon as I walk in. That way, I don't have to try and verbalize my desires while I am nervous. It is much easier and enoyable for the Mistress to provide a good session if they have a clear idea of what you want.
