First I will congratulate you for doing it. I'm not in these "three people", because I would not have the courage to do it.

I will not say that he did a criminal thing. But, what if he did it? I have done some criminal or nonethical things to become my fingers unnowligly trampled or stepped on. I'm shure there are people here that did something too to acomplish their goals.

I think for this place (and other Forums) that these are the only ones where I can say what I did, and that people will understand me and not react as someone "normal" who could see it on the street.

Well on this short debate. It is an ethical question and yes legally the actions of licking someones shoe whilst she wearing them and asleep could be construed as an assault in most common law countries such as UK, USA, Canada, NZ and here in Australia.

Personally I could understand the temptation and probably would have really wanted to do it. I certainly would be brave enough to do it but there is always that part of me that sings the words loudly "consent consent always consent" and consent has to be from an adult with full faculties operating. Thank you for sharing your experience with us but you really should be aware of how you and your family would feel if it was done to your wife, sister or mother or if the girl woke up and screamed or you were observed by someone and charged by the police with the local newspaper saying "Deviate charged with licking sleeping girls shoes in public". Ouch not something I would like to see about me and certainly would not like my friends and family to see that. I suppose if someone did it to Helen in similar circumstances she and I would be most pissed. Just some food for thought. Now having said that they are really nice shoes mate.

Well stated Stryder,

The key word here for this forum or any other adult-oriented one is consent. Keep it over 18,all parties willing and everybody has fun. I couldn't have stated it any better myself.

Well you must live in a very liberal country. If it is not a crime then that is one thing there is still the ethical situation of taking advantage of someone who cannot respond through, illness, being unconscious, asleep or by reason of age or mental state cannot give an informed consent.

The other part of my issue (and dont forget I said it would be tempting) is how would you feel if one of our fetish family did something like this to your sister, wife, girlfriend, daughter or mother? To us it may seem sexy and fun but to a lot of other people in the world it would not. I still have problems with my own family accepting who I am and what I do in terms of my fetish I could just imagine everyone finding out I did this type of thing to a sleeping woman minding her own business. Taking the photos is still an invasion of privacy but not one that I would worry about as it does not invade the persons body.

When very young I would like to go to a book shop and leave my hand on the floor near a lovely girls foot and hope that she stepped really hard on my hand. It happened sometimes and I argued to myself that I was the only one hurt by this and she stepped on me I did not touch her and the whole thing was like an accident. Then I started to think that the girl might get quite a fright and be concerned thinking she had accidently hurt me when in fact I loved it. That thought made me feel slightly disappointed in myself and thereafter I stopped that practice and I was only about 16 at the time.
