I posted this on the Discussions board by mistake but am repeating the story here.

Part 4

Krista mounted my back like she did for Donkey calf raises but instead of sitting straight up, she pressed her upper body down the length of my back. Her soft breasts felt wonderful on my back. I gripped the back of her muscular thighs and started to do my "Good Morning" exercises. The top of the movement was like a piggy-back ride but as I bent forward at my hips at a 90 degree angle, her luscious upper body followed my body down. I usually do 15 reps and after 10 easy reps, I think Krista thought I was having too easy a time of it. She scooted forward a bit so that the more of the bulk of her weight would have to be contended with too. After three more reps, she inched forward a bit more so that my straining lower back muscles would have to put up with more of her weight. Usually you back off on weight near the end of a set but that was not Krista's philosophy. The 14th rep was pretty hard but she even slid up a bit more so she was near the middle of my back. The last rep was very hard since I was now had leverage (and physics) working more against me. I was really ready for my massage so I laid down on the mat so her feet could go to work on my tired muscles.

"I don't think I worked you enough on that set", she told me, "I'll stand on your upper back and butt and I want you to raise your upper back up for 5 reps". I protested that the last few reps made my lower back tired out but she wasn't buying it. I brought my back up for the first rep which was fairly easy because she ground most of her 150 lbs. into my butt. When I got to the top of the movement, she drove her foot into my upper back so that I came crashing back to the mat. "Oh, I forgot to mention that we would concentrate on negative resistance.", she giggled. Oh great, I thought. It would be pretty easy on the way up but I would be expected to resist most of her weight on the way down. Or pay the consequences of her unresisted weight.

Rep two was similar except that she practically lept as she transferred her weight from her back foot to her front foot. I also had to make sure that I didn't lose too much breath but I was already fairly tired from before. After the second rep, she didn't transfer her weight back to her rear leg right away but seemed to enjoy making me suffer a bit since my breathing was more labored. The next two reps were more of the same but she delayed moving her weight back onto by butt a little bit longer each time.

The fifth rep I started up but she started moving her weight onto my back again as soon as I started moving so I was pressed back down to the mat. "C'mon, you can't be that tired.", she cajoled, "Try again.". She let me up a little easier this time. At the top of my movement, she slammed my back back down and knocked the wind out of me a bit. I tried to suck back in some air but she moved her other foot onto my upper back since we were done with the set. It's hard enough taking it a breath of air when you get the wind knocked out of you but it's even harder with 150 lbs bearing down on your back.

"Do I have to start jumping again so that you can get air?", she asked. It was hard to talk under the circumstances so she took matters into her own hands and started jumping. This was not what I needed. This was a lot different from breathing hard and trying to get more air in. But, she was trying her best to help so she started jumping. I really couldn't get a good breath of air in while she was up and each time she landed heavily on my back. After three jumps I hit the mat with my hand to signal her to get off. She stopped jumping and squatted down on my back so her head was closer to my ears. "What's the matter? Am I too much for you? Oh well, I guess I'll start working on your lower back now.", she said. She walked from my upper back to my lower back by taking baby steps.

At last, I could start breathing well again as she moved off my rib cage. Her feet felt really nice on my lower back since this part of my back was still worn out. She moved slowly up and down my back. When she reached my butt, she moved both her feet to one side of my back and started pulling apart my lower back muscles by placing her weight on the outsides of her feet and pressing outwards. She repeated this movement in several places and on the other side of my back to even out the muscle stretching.

After a couple more minutes of lower back massage, she stood back up on my butt. "OK, time for more ab work!", she excitedly exclaimed.
