Anyone have an idea how i could get
a women i know to facesit me how i
could approach her and ask her. How
should i bring it up to her.

That's a loaded gun ready to go off! Everything................I mean................everything, depends on the women in question.
Try laying on the ground in front of her and saying, hey baby, wanna sit on my face??? :p I'm sure that worked for someone somewhere.
