Is he on a commission base to advertise like that or what?

Yes, he either works there or is employed with them in some capacity....he usually posts a link to the site and a link to a picture, so nothing really wrong with that...

Nice pic there, Editor... :D I love alot of the Japanese facesitting scenarios...

It is quite simpel:

look for the pic you wanna see and right-klick it and see in the option screen<open image in a new...> and you will this time have the whole picture you wanted with the urls this time ending in jpg!

so for example: thisismypicturejpg. will be your picture display in here!
