Omg, yes, Shakira's album was in fact called "Pies Descalzos," which mean "Bare Feet." In the song you mentioned, she uses the phrase "I fall at your feet" and on the video she stomps around barefoot. I have also seen clips of her stage performances in which she dances barefoot. Fruity Foot has a pic of her at his celebrity feet site in which she is face-down on a beach chair, lovely bare soles visible. I have always wondered if she is secretly "one of us" or if it is all coincidence.
For some reason, listening to Martina McBride always makes me think about wanting to be stepped on by a fellow Mistress. She does sing one verse about the pleasure of putting her "feet on a hard wood floor" or somthing close to that.
The idea of trample music is fascinating to me. Long live Nancy Sinatra!

A Canadian band called April Wine had a song called 'The whole worlds goin crazy', and in it is the lines;
"You can dance on my face if you want to,
it's alright, its alright,
and if your feeling much the same way as I do,
it's alright, ya, its just alright'.
It's true, Jebonies.

I almost forgot -- at our old Delphi forum, we had a poll about trample songs, and as I recall, the most-voted for was "Valerie" by Steve Winwood! Pretty cool, eh?
Love and SQUASHING!
