Part two
Krista came out of the bathroom and was refreshed from the cool shower. She now wore purple lycra form-fitting shorts and a tight white half tank-top shirt that strained against her 38D’s. Her long black hair was held back with a hair scrunchy. She looked and smelled great.
"Alright", she said, "Now it's your turn for a workout. I hope you still have lots of energy left because you're going to work hard." Krista liked helping to keep me in shape and liked directing my workouts. She felt that a deep massage in between sets was the best way to help my muscles recuperate quickly. Of course, that meant using her bare feet so that she could concentrate her weight in the spot she was working on. "But first, you have to give me my post-workout massage and that will help you get your blood flowing again.", she said.
Krista laid face down on the mat I had laid out. I kneeled down so that I had a knee on each side of her fairly wide hips. I placed my hands on her upper back and "walked" down her back using my hands. I kept my left hand on the left side of her spine and the right hand on the right side of her spine. She likes it when I lean into her back while I'm doing this. I got a couple of cracks from her back as I went down it. Next, I placed one hand on top of the other and "walked" down her spine in this fashion. Then I slid down and worked on her butt, thighs, and calves using my hands to lean into her deeply. After I spent a couple of minutes massaging each of her lovely size 9 feet (after all they had been good to me), she turned over. I started massaging her chest and leaned my weight into her rib cage and upper chest muscles. Next, I pushed my hands into her fairly strong but soft stomach. Lastly, I massaged the front of her thighs to complete her massage.
Now that she was feeling good, it was time for my workout. We have a split routine where we work legs, stomach and lower back one day and upper body, including abs again, the next day. Today, we started on the legs. We started out with squats so she jumped up on my back, piggyback style, and I banged out the first set. Then, I laid face-down on the mat. She stepped up on my butt and started walking around on it to help get my muscles ready for the next set. To make sure she got a deep massage, she would sometimes go up on her tippy-toes or place all her weight on one of her heels. After my butt, she moved down to my hamstrings and alternated her weight between her two feet as she walked down to my knees and back up to my butt. Then I flipped over so she could do the front of thigh and my hip flexors (the muscle that allows you to lift your leg toward your chest). She started on my hips and made sure to dig each of her heels into my hip flexor and then slowly walked down to my knees.
Then I stood up again for the second set of squats. She hopped on my back and I started squatting up and down. After 10 reps, I thought I was done. "Why are you doing slowing down, I want another 5 reps before I'm getting off.", she urged. "And the longer you have to hold me here, the harder it will get". So, I started in again and managed to barely finish three more reps. Of course, she still wasn't going anywhere so after my breathing slowed down a little, I squeaked out another shaky rep. After a brief rest, I went for the last rep, as my thighs got down to the low point, I willed them to straighten up again but nothing happened. She started bouncing up and down a bit because she enjoyed it when her weight was too much for me. My legs started shaking almost uncontrollably as I tried to keep her up and slowly I started standing up while I was sucking in as much air as I could. I finally locked my knees and she grudgingly slid off. "You obviously need a more forceful massage this time since you worked so hard. Hurry up and lie down again", Krista commanded. I started walking toward the mat and she took a running leap and jumped on my back again. Between not expecting this and my weakened state, she tackled me down to the mat, landing on me with her 150 lbs. heavily. "That was easy.", she giggled, "And you're still breathing so hard." She got off me and stood on my upper back instead of my butt. "I'll let you catch your breath, before I start my massage again. ", she said sarcastically. I was having enough trouble just trying to get enough air but this made it even harder to get all the air my body needed. "Your breathing is still pretty labored so I'll help you out a bit", she teased. I thought she was going to get off but instead she started jumping up and down. "Take (jump) a breath (jump) while I'm (jump) up in (jump) the air (jump), and I'll (jump) help you (jump) exhale (jump). ", Krista happily told me.
Normally, this wouldn't be so bad but there wasn't a lot of time in between her jumps so air was leaving quickly but not much was getting in. I'm glad I made it to the mat at least. Fortunately, she didn't want to get too hot since she had already showered from her workout and stopped jumping after about 30 seconds. Next, she hopped up on my butt, and ran in place a bit on her toes. Then she jogged on her toes down my legs before asking me to turn over again.
