This is based on a true story...

Krista just got back from her run in the warm Florida weather. She was perspiring heavily from her effort but wasn't ready to quit exercising yet. I was finishing up some homework when Krista arrived back home. "Are you ready to help me with my cool down?", she asked. I put down my work and got ready by laying face up on the floor. In the mean time, Krista took off her shoes and socks.
Even though the air inside was cool, she was still hot from her run and was perspiring. Krista is a tanned, dark haired tall girl, about 5' 9". She keeps herself in shape by running and her thighs are large and muscular. She is also big-boned and even though her body fat is fairly low, she weighs about 150 lbs. due to her muscle and large frame. It must have been because of her Greek heritage. Her running shorts were baby blue and were cut high so that most of her strong thighs were visible. The running top she wore strained against her large breasts, showed her taut stomach and enhanced her figure even more.
"OK, are you ready?", she asked. "Go ahead.", I said excitedly. She place her size 9 foot on my stomach and I tensed my muscles to get ready as she stepped up. She liked doing step aerobics at the end of her run for her cool down. After she stepped up on my stomach with her left foot, she placed her right foot on my chest and then placed her left foot back on the ground. I love helping her cool down. Her 150 lbs. felt great on my body. Not too heavy but you definitely knew she was there. I matched my breathing to her rhythmic pounding while she slowed down her trample. After a about 5 minutes at a fairly fast pace, she slowed down and was stepping up very slowly and sinking her weight deeply into me before she stepped off. The next part was fun too: the stretching.
After her cool down was compete, she stood up on my stomach with her left foot, put her left hand on the wall, and used her right hand to stretch her right thigh. She held her stretch for about 30 seconds before repeating her thigh stretch while her right foot supported all her weight on my chest. Her cool down was my warm up and her stretching gave me the opporunity to exercise my abdominal muscles and diaphram. After stretching her thighs, she had me move a little further from the wall so she could stretch her large calf muscles. To get a good stretch, she has to place most of her weight on the leg she is stretching. Again she placed her left foot on my stomach and leaned into the stretch. Her foot pulled my stomach away from the wall as she applied more weight. It didn't hurt at all put the pulling sensation felt great with the pressure from her weight. After 30 seconds, she put her right foot on my chest to stretch her other calf. Her foot gave my right pectoral muscle a stretch as well.
After her calves came her hamstrings. She put her left foot on my stomach again and crossed her right foot over it so all of her weight was on my stomach. She then bent over to give her hams a good stretch. Her top had a hard time holding the weight it was responsible for. She held this stretch about 45 seconds and then bounced a few times to enhance the stretch a little more. By this time my stomach had gotten quite a good workout itself! Next was her right foot on my chest with the same procedure. She seemed to bounce a little more on my chest so she must have liked the give from her weight.
The last stretch was for her inner thighs. Fortunately the distance from my forehead to my groin is perfect for her long legs. She stepped up on my groin first and then placed her other foot on my forehead. Then she bent over at her waist and alternately moved her upper body from one leg to the other to stretch her muscles a little bit further. The sensation was terrific as all of her weight practically moved from foot to foot. Afte she finished her stretch, Krista decided to work her inner thigh muscles a little bit by standing back up and stepping back and forth between my groin and my forehead. "I don't get to work these muscles during my run and I like to keep them strong.", she said. Then she braced herself against the wall again, squatted down some and shifted her weight back and forth between her two feet for a couple more minutes. Just when I thought I couldn't last much longer, she stepped off.
After she was done stretching and working her inner thighs, she walked up and down my body slowly while she cooled down. After another 10 minutes of this, she hit the shower to get cleaned up. "Be ready for me when I get out of the shower, OK?" Krista said. I love endorphins. I didn't get to finish my homework for a while.
