Hey alphafemale1!

The avatar pic has to be at maximum 70 x 70 pixels in size, and when you save it as a jpg , reduce the quality of the jpg a bit (which will reduce the file size to an acceptable one). If you are using Photoshop for making your avatar, save the jpg as an "8" quality (in the window that appears when you do a "Save As"). That should make the pic uploadable.

I'll do it for you if you'd like. Just post the pic you want to resize for your avatar here and i'll email you the avatar pic.
