For kazaa users

If you are tired for spy and adware installed with kazaa, you should try kazaalite, which is available from www.kazaalite.com
you hace full access to kazaa's network, without banners, pop-ups etc etc.

after uninstalling kazaa, execute some program, which removes spy and adware... like ad-aware from lavasoft ( www.lavasoft.nu ). after this, install kazaalite.

Thank YOU for the tip...KazaaLite works great without all those ads flashing and popping.

...Does anyone know if COMET CURSOR has a light version?....that thing is LOADED with ads and if you try to remove them thru ad-aware, the cursors don't work.

Thanks stableboy, but I have a question or two. You wrote "execute some program," -does that mean run "any" program I have on my computer?

And, will Kazaalite have the exact same interface (appearance and functionality) as Kazaa? Or is it completely different?

I went to www.kazaalite.com just now, 10-20-02, but none of the servers were working. How long ago did you download from that site?

kazaa lite is exactly the same as kazaa expect the spyware and adverts are removed....with kazaa lite you also get a speed up tool that every few mins or whatever you set it to will look for more sources of the files your downloading.....so you will get better download speeds :)

once you uninstall kazaa download a program called ad-aware from http://www.cheetaa.com/lava/aaw.exe (or http://www.lavasoftusa.com/downloads.html for more mirrors) as this scan your computer and will remove all spyware and adware on it that you tell it to. when you have done that then install kazaa lite. :)

I used to block that irritating flashing ad at the bottom left of Kazaa with my realplayer, but now it's just a blank void...a ~wonderful blank void!!
