I love Heidi's site as well - the ladies have a wonderful attitude while they are trampling. A lot of the action seems very painful. But they don't seem to care at all!

BTW I'm getting trampled a lot lately, this afternoon I was sleeping on the floor by the sofa, and my girlfriend woke me up by stepping onto me with her heels. A nice if painful way to wake up. She's a lovely woman!
