Crystalpixx.com is not affiliated with Mistress Crystal in any way. Once you have signed a model release form, it is very difficult to get someone to take down a site like that.

seeing as she's with you, and has her own site, this would patently be false advertising.

Funny thing is that in the crystalpixx.com site Crystal is actually an angel of a lady. She's nice, she talks about what men she likes and she even says WELCOME at the beginning of the page. :D

But there is no facesitting in that page though......and Crystal looked a bit more meaty then.

Is the crystalpixx site abandoned now?

Filing a lawsuit would be way too much effort. It's not hurting Mistress Crystal's business and there is nothing being said that is disparaging, so there would be is very little in damages to collect.

You have to understand...when a model signs a release form, the pictures become the exclusive property of the producer. The producer can put almost any type of website around them. They can make her look nice, they can make her look mean, etc. Misscrystal.com (and Meanbitches, somewhat) is the only website where she gets to actually decide what text goes along with her pictures. She has not done any pictures in a long, long time for the lady at Crystalpixx...but that producer keeps the site up. The people that have a suit against Crystalpixx are the ones who sign up expecting new content.

I'll mention it to her and see if she wants to ask them again to take it down.
