i bought 3 tokens, than a further 10, then i wanted more (for obvious reasons, great clips by the way) but it keeps saying 'error, already have a membership' i even tried signing up again with a new username and password but no joy, i also followed the link in your FAQ's and that didn't work either, any ideas?
