Just to clarify a few things John Stagliano openly admitted he contracted HIV from a She-Male in Brazil. The She-male in question is in one of his videos "Buttman Confidential". The scene involved the She-Male receiving a BJ from Buttman himself (What was he thinking?), I believe he did other stuff with the she-male but I fastforwarded that entire scene as it was not my cup of tea.
