In my experience, no. I have known men of very large stature that are submissive and men of very small statue that are very dominant. I think it has to do with many, many factors and penis size is not really one of them. Now testosterone could be a factor, but what comes out of the balls is not directly related to penis size. :)

I know what you're saying, but lying, even about things you think are unimportant, often does real damage in the long run. We've learned to simply never do it.
