Hi everybody!

I wander if somebody may help me. I have a virus in computer taht's infects ugbq.exe file. I try to install a norton antivirus ad it didn't works!:cry:

Then I try to download antiviruses from Norton, McAffee, Kasperski, Panda etc, a long list and nothing works. Practicly it was impossible to download because its appears an error message "plugin did not initialised properly" :2guns: :machine:

then I try to erase all off-line content and another error message"plugin initialised but an error appear":machine: :machine: :machine:

Has any of you an antivirus pack to send by mail so I can clean my machine??

Hello Yull,

A good one would be to go to http://housecall.antivirus.com and use their free online scan... of course, it is not sufficient to protect you constantly but it's a good scanner that can get rid of most current virusses... choose for scan without registering and the rest will be self explanatory...

oh yeah, did you get a message you were infected and you should remove a file? be carefull, a lot of those messages (like the "virus" JDBGMGR.EXE (the one with a little bear ice) are hoaxes and there is nothing wrong... well that is, unless you DON'T believe it and remove the file...

Check out sites like http://mcafee.com or http://www.virusall.com...

Good luck gettin rid of it...

First, go to housecall.antivirus.com.
Second, go to the computer store and <b>buy</b> (do NOT pirate!) an antivirus program like PC-Cillin.

unfortunately NOTHING works!!.

No scan on line, nor downolads. In scan on line the computer crash for two times, at download - same "plugin error"

I just ask for help. Nothing more ! Very bold that BUY !! maybe the cause is that I'm from Romania ???? And you heard that here are a lot of pirats of software ???

As Danza said, I must see first WHAT is in the computer isn't it ?? And then the rest! It may be a hoax!

...Try downloading a FREE 30 day version of Quickheal.com...this is a anti-virus program that I used several years ago that found viruses and fixed them when Norton or McAfee were unable...

..I'm pretty sure this program actually comes from India... it found a virus on my machine called "Magistr.B" which was causing all kinds of havoc with my desktop...the virus seemed to disable Norton's ability to fix kill it.

Most viruses doesn't regonize if you have installed "DOS" virus program, like F-prot.. I think virus, what you have regonize if you try install antivirus program, and doesn't let you install it.. so, simple answer for that is download followin files to your computer, make, folder to root (C:\fprot\) unzip those files to it, and run f-prot.exe

When you run F-prot.exe you may setup how deep antivirus program search files, just click all and compressed.. Remove all...
and start searching.

When antivirus program regonize your virus, but can't delete it, your find virus removing tools from here:

I hope this help.. Free antivirus programs for windows could download from http://www.tucows.com/ but still I recommed that you go your local computer shop and buy good antivirus program...
