Practically all of my posts come from one of the yahoo facesitting groups but this last group was from Smelly's moments. I have always liked progressive pictures and I thought these were a great Idea. Jazzbum

Guys, that's not the point....it doesn't matter if you found the pics under your brother's couch....your brother didn't make the pictures, did he? :D

Only attribute the ACTUAL producers of the pics, please....not some club or site that is borrowing them in the first place. For instance, if these pics you posted were used somewhere else, they should not say they got them from mistressdestiny.com because that's not the producer of the images...

Not in my case John. I made the pics shown by this fricking pirate. They were posted to "Smelly's", unfortunately, because he is a jerk, and a leach. This guy, downloads and post's to this board like he is the "originator". The last 2 pics do not belong to a cash sucking pay for view. Plain, simple, and I wish you would delete them.

Well, a couple things, Kristen...

First of all, it is my understanding that Vic and Julie make these pics? They have been here promoting them before. Also, I have seen them being promoted at the DFSB board and if memory serves, the pics were originally freely placed in Smelly's Yahoo club by Vic and Julie.

I would be happy to remove any images that they would like removed, however it appears there is some confusion because my latest knowledge is that Smelly was using those pics with permission. Can you please have Vic or Julie confirm what the deal is?

With the debate about the founders of the pic's and all, personally, I'd like to thank any of the people who originally made the pics that I've posted, even the ones where I am the victim that I never knew were out there until I discovered them while browsing! Never mean to offend anyone by linking them here, just meant for all to enjoy. Thanks to all!

Ask Juli and Vic, they sent my the pics (and much others) by mail exact for the "Moments"-Gallery at my website.

I never said I have the copyright! Do you think Im a idiot?

My page is free, I have no wage for my effort. And only a few pics and most of the stories are made by myself. All the other stuff is from other pruducers or private friends. Thats the reason why I put the name of the producer next every pic.

Jazzbum was going to post all the pics of my Moments-Collection to this board. And he postet the pix without the URL´s and names. This was the reason for my first posting - not other.

Choose the real order of succession in future: Reading, thinking, understanding, writing.

Smelly, I'll ignore the fact you have to use childish profanity in this forum. Now....I'll go real slow...just for you:

1. I never said you claimed ownership, or copywrite's...I know for a fact Vic sent many of the older "At Her Mercy" pics to your site, and the GFSB.

2. I recently decided to start posting here, in both "Trample", an "Facesitting", because I want to, and Juli & Vic don't mind.

If I "object" to anything, and it echos John himself...is simply, if you are going to post "free" pics, for someone else's enjoyment, at least identify the source, if at all possible...regardless if it's Smother.Com, "Smelly's", free, or pay websites or Yahoo Group free pics.
Now, if I didn't say it that way originally, or if you misunderstood, so be it.
