different thumbnails

i got a question about thumbnails. i had a picture saved that ended up a different preview thumbnail in explorer. entirely different. looked like someone was going to hang themselves in the thumbnail, and then i double click the image and it comes up a lady wrestling this guy. weird huh?

There could be only a few possiblities.

1. You have an over imaginative mind (99.9 %)

or

2. You have to get the latest version of IE (0.01%)
