Just an FYI on being careful with this sites sign-up and their membership handler.
Here's there explanation, which is valid if shady. They do state however that I would no longer be billed.
Below it was my reply to which they never replied.
Then after that is yet another charge.....which luckily I caught before it went through.
The crazy thing is that on the phone they tried to say I was getting a third charge due to how I canceled....the thing is I had THEM cancel it so there wouldn't be confusion.....

According to our records about the membership facesittingfatties.com, this
one was upgraded because the account was never canceled.
Actually the membership was canceled until Tue 2010-Mar-09 23:15:18 EDT.
As the copy of the email that you sent us stated.
Your account shows that you purchased the trial membership and continued
with the service. That is the reason why it re-billed. The join page
specifies that the "accounts will re-bill unless cancelled". The
re-billed occurred as your the membership is still active in the system.
We are unable to cancel an account without prior request or notification
from the member (the actual owner of the account).
For the above reasons, we are unfortunately unable to refund the transaction.
Then about the other site, topadultpass.com, you got this because remember
that when you sign-up for one site, the registration page will ask you if
you want to sing up for another adult site (or several) these are small
boxes below the registration area, these are already checked for you. If
you do not un-check them, you will be registered with different sites or
different companies.
Our records show that your membership are already canceled. You will no
longer be billed after this cancellations.
For further concerns, feel free to contact us.

I was not contesting the trial membership for the first site. I am contesting the pre-checked check boxes that make you agree to other sites.
I don't understand how this is legal as you could simply along these lines have a box that says "I want to donate 500$ too...."
There is something inherently wrong with this and while I do appreciate you're quick reply I will be reporting this issue. My complaint may not be enough, but maybe with some others it will have some effect.
I will be providing them this email chain and of course my bank statements of the charges.
On I final note, as you were unclear above: Are my memberships no longer active? yes or no?
and then today....I had to call them too supposedly get this fixed...we'll see.
