I haven't been getting much feedback lately

This seems to be a common complaint/comment of those who post pics on this board. If your lucky the % of replies to views is 1%.
Come on guys give some appreciation to those like webmasterbob who provide us with such great new material!
I know its impossible to reply to every post but it only takes 30 seconds to post a reply. Thats about the time it takes to save the pic to your hard drive (lol)

stevo28, I think most people that search for pics are lurkers and are afraid to post. The people that keep the board strong are the owner(s), the pic, story and link posters and the people who reply to posts. If there are about 2000 people that come to this board regularly, then it seems that only 5% ever post anything. That might be very good as boards go.

it's not that the "lurkers" are afraid, it's because they're lazy or too busy. Usually the only ones posting are people who have some sort of investment in femdom. Notice how Bubba, Webmaster Bob, Marco, etc. all post here because it brings visitors to their sites and the visitors buy memberships or videos. Then there are the people running Yahoo! groups that post here to bring visitors.... no money investments in yahoo! groups but there is a heavy time investment.


Then you have those like Kyle who post here because they have nothing better to do...(Remember when Kyle use to post "how bored he is" or "how lonely this board is". Kyle might not be a bad person but he is an exception to the rule that only people with some sort of investment posts on this forum.

Secondly...look...I enjoy a lot of pics on this board without saying anything..but look at it this way...how many times do I say "hey thanks,great pic/s"??
Wouldn't this get a little mundane?
It's just a bunch of wasted space...I see sinbad post time after time after time...and then I see the same people say the same thing over and over again..I don't see the point.
I do appreciate everyone posting...but saying thanks every time is wasted space.

nathan, you raise good points. Consider this though: what if nobody posted 'thanks' to a pic poster or link poster or story poster? Possibly that person who posted would not post again. Then, there would be fewer or no new pics, links or stories. So perhaps saying thank you is boring to read, but it is the only thing that keeps the posters posting, because it is the only way to tell if anyone likes what was posted. If a post gets 3000 views but no replies, then a poster would either be a philanthropist to keep posting, or would think nobody liked the post. So the people that post their thanks keep the posters coming back.

Gelmir Ciryatan, perhaps you are right. In my case, I make no money off of the fs pics I post. I shoot the women for websites, and the ones that want to have some fun with facesitting actually want to do it because I tell them there is a board where thousands of people will see them doing it. Sometimes women need a reason to do what they want to do, and the board provides a reason to do what they want to do.

To everone who posted feedback: Thank You. It may be redundant, but it does make me feel appreciated. Sometimes it is nice to know that people are out there...

I do get signups by posting here, but I would like to point out that I don't need to post as much as I do. We get a lot of signups on days that I don't post. Sometimes, I just get excited about some new pics and want to share. You guys are like a test-market... I enjoy and value your opinions.

Yeah man...I know what you're saying...all I mean is...the reg posters...like you,webmasterbob,etc.... I've let you all know two or three times how much I enjoyed the pics...but a lot of times I do a lot of reading and then I'm looking at some pics then I'm off...I think the people that have like 4 total posts or whatever should say thanks a little more often..I agree there...I just hope posters don't feel unappreciated...trust me..you all definitely are :cool:

Thank you VERY MUCH for the Mercedes Ashley pic!! NO more excuses on my part as I am trying to be a more confident posting, contributor on this board.

I have posted this suggestion before, and will try again:

John, is it possible to set up a section of a thread where just "thank you"s would get posted (excuse my ignorance, if this type of thing isn't possible)? This way, contributors can see who is thanking them for their generous pics, stories and links, while at the same time, everyone who visits this board won't get bogged down in thinking they're seeing something new in a reply they haven't read yet. This will free up more time (assuming that people aren't being lazy, but are just too busy, as was suggested by Gelmir) for everyone to:

1) Post that thank you that the major contributors are looking for,
and 2) Give people more time to find contributions themselves. I could be WAY off the mark here, but am just trying to be helpful!!

If something like this can't be done, I will continue to try and post my "thank you"s (important in any part of life)!!

Thanks Chrispy for the compliment. The girls I post visit the board to read the responses, or I read them over the phone to them. Everytime someone has posted a response the woman in the pictures I post has either read it or heard it read over the phone, and good response keeps them wanting to do more.

I was a very happy lurker on this forum for quite a while, and never felt that anyone who could post pictures of such knockouts could give a damn about what I thought. Then John gave a speech about responses and ingratitude, and threatened to shut down the board if we didn't show more gratitude. Since then, I've tried to post regularly, to endorse the pics that I like. Let there be no doubt that your pictures fall into that category!

Maybe you can see the lack of replies as a good thing...This picture is nearly identical to a picture in your members area. Maybe all the members on this board have became members and would rather thank you for posting never seen pictures. That way it's a benefit for the forum members and your site members to view your postings.

I'd recommend to start posting pictures that aren't already posted on the members part of your site. Before I was a member to your site I always anticipated your postings. Now that I'm a member to your site, I'm not really excited when seeing your posts because it will just be a picture I've seen before.

Maybe even post pictures from photostories that aren't even on Meanbitches.com to give the members something to look forward to.

bob, thanks for the pic........as nathan says, it is appreciated always.
i personally feel that any pics from here that you save to your disks or drive, you should post a thanks.....
i personally don't save all the pics here (as i'm sure a lot of people don't) so i only say thanks to the ones that i save......i consider that a reasonable and fair attitude to take towards pic postings, as if i can be bothered to save it, i should at least make an effort to show some form of gratitude.
