Nah, its the main guys (i forget his name) grandmother who has come into town for the wedding. In looking over the preview, Stiffler thinks it's one of the girls from the bachelor party and goes off to meet the girl in a dark room. Turns out to be the grandmother who keeps winking at him and all through the rest of the movie.
