well, I tried to join Roman Video's membership site. I payed my 24.95 with my credit card and then inexplicably was not able to create a username and password. Of course, I was sent an email back saying I joined the site with all my info. Of course, with no username it is not possible to log into it. I then email asking ibill for help, and my emails have gone ignored...it has been close to 2 days and no response. Then I checked the "troubleshooting section" at Roman video and they told people to email a specific email address should anyone have problems with their email and password. Well, I tried that and that email address is not a valid one.(no longer in service)

Looks like I'm out 24.95.

Just sending you guys a heads up to warn you. I'll keep you posted...hopefully, someone will help me soon.

However, it doesn't look good at all.

Swelters:

They were there yesterday. I cancelled my membership which was due to expire this week. Today I cannot access their site.

I have been visiting their site daily for the last month.

Did you sign up through IBill? If so, contact them about the problem. Maybe they can help.

Good Luck

I dont think the problem is Roman Video. My guess is that your problem is with I-bill, these guys provide a service that actually sucks...

I was unable to enter their site today tho...

Meanwhile, I will post a picture of Brandy that I'm sure you will enjoy. From smother.com

Hi Swelters

We apologize you had problems accessing our site. THe chances are you had problems when you signed up with iBill's site (its usually a browser issue -- sometimes when this happens, the viewer only has 64 bit encryption built into their browser instead of the 128 bit encryption needed to join most sites now). In either case, send me an email with your transaction or subscription number at:

romulus88@adelphia.net

I'll take care of it for you.

P.S. What email address did you send it to before that you never got a response? We always answer these types of requests since the quick fix is to update the browser. If you sent an email to iBill for support, then I'm almost positive that's why you never heard back from anyone!

Its ok, we are changing our processor from iBill in approximately 3 more weeks. We've had just way too many problems with iBill. Yes, they do suck!

What's this???

A thread about a customer service problem, that was replied to and taken care of without:

1 ) Cracks in regards to sexual orientation

2 ) Snide comments about one's native ancestry

3 ) The "L" word being bandied about

Or people doing poor imitations of Classy Freddie Blassie and Capt Lou Albano...."Oh yeah... let me tell ya... I'm gonna twist your head off ya pencil neck geek ya!" "Loser leaves town"

Well done fellas!
