is it only american guys who are turned on by rp or english accents? (rp is received pronounciation, or the way they talked at the bbc in the 1930s)

i never quite understood why someone would be turned on by an accent

When the accent is coming from someone like Mistress Goldy, that is a turn on.

i'd be interested to know when you guys answer whether you are british or american or whatever!

is it what is said that is the turnon / or the way that it is said? or does the accent do it all on its own?

Actually, I find a proper English accent a HUGE turn-on.

I'm probably smothering this board with my input.......... but anyway.

There's another fantasy i got where this Laurie Tremer type takes a vacation out at some cabin or something. She takes like a week off, and it's a smother feast, where she's got more than one guy tied up to a bed. A burning bed so to speak. And she does her thing with the first guy while the other guy watches. She talks to him, and tells him what she's doing. Each step: the drowning, the penetration from this tentacle from her womb, and then eating. But she explains the science of it emotionally. He might even know the guy she's doing this to, and she could like have a conversation with him where the guy gets fooled that he's talking to his friend. And he struggles with his fantasies, because she's very beautiful. But the guy she's got is suffering from what she's doing, and eventually dies. Then she takes a long break leaving the body by this guy to look at. And he's got some problems upcoming. That sets the stage for a whole new dynamic. Now the guy knows the big secret.

So, you see, what she's doing here is more than a female version of a rape. She's got one guy who she's showing and explaining what she's doing to the other guy, his friend. A kind of manage a traw (sp?).

I could right a story about it but i'm running into a mindblock on this stuff.

fionabrown,

I'm an American and whenever I hear Goldy talk on one of the many videos of hers that we own I get turned on.

It must be the accent, and attitude, she puts forth.

well Fionabrown.....

I love those sultry english accents, and I'm not British or American!!

Best of all, I love those Canadian accents.

i find that a different accent to your own is always sexier.
english accents are ok (not the posh ones:p ), but i would probably (though not always) find an american accent sexier than a girl from my own country.
it's simply because it grabs your attention and you have to be more attentive to listen to what they are saying and to understand them. (i think:confused: )
is it what is said that is the turnon / or the way that it is said?
both.......though, i don't think accent plays a real major part......for me it's more to do with whether she says it in a dominant manner...:p

good question, and I think chairboy have very good piont; - that whats different to your own sounds more sexier

In english I think american spoken by Girls are the sexiest without doupt. I have not noticed something different
with the Canadian, it sound the same for me. But the accent they
have in more south ( like Texas or similar) sound really great

But nothing is sexier than Swedish :o
If you understand Swedish when a sexy girl speak swedish its really awesome :D

ok, i made a list, geek that i am, of the sexiest sounding languages to me:

1) French: that language was designed for sex.
2) Italian: Seducia mortisimo
3) British
4) Spanish
5) Japanese
6) American
and 7) Canadian: I don't know. A chick saying "eh" all the time just gives me a quarter inch.

Best regards
Bill

I like the way Pam from www.shewhorules.com speaks, reminds me of a English Public (private to the Americans amongst us) schoolgirl! :D

for Bill512.....

Sorry Bill, but the Canadian girls I know don't say "eh", thats a thing some Americans made up for TV, and even so, it would be easier to take than some girl saying "Ya'll" and "huh" endlessly......

Now...I was in Ireland a year ago, those girls have a very nice little lilt to their accents, anyone here from the land of the Irish?

Scottish lasses are quite fun to listen to as well, but you have to listen closely, then tend to chatter fast.

Still...I like some of those sultry Canadian gals too.

To each his own I guess....

oh, i meant no disrespect for canadian women. my apologies if it was taken that way. i was just refering to language (syntax and semantics).

Best regards

Hey, no problem Bill,

Its just sometimes we Canadians get a little tired of hearing "eh" and "hoose" on the American TV shows all the time. Another one that gets me is the "Great White North"....where the hell is that anyway? Alaska, North West Territories or where???

Anyway...no apology needed on your part, we're all a little different in many different ways, thats what makes us all so interesting I guess. Be pretty boring if we were all the same.

Its been 2 years since I was in Florida, maybe I need another vacation, maybe thats why I sound picky, who knows, maybe I'll drop down to Orlando (my old stompin' grounds) next February.

...and sorry to the list for this ramble, here's a pic just so nobody will hollor at me. ;)

I think its from www.smother.ca

Ms Fiona Brown:
To answer your original question, I may be a little prejudiced but I find a British accent exceedingly sexy. I had the pleasure of a fling with a girl with an accent like that a few years ago, and when she commanded, I jumped. She enjoyed calling me "Yank," and when she said something like "All right, Yank, it's time to pay the piper. Lie down there and take your queening like a man," I was so horny my eyes wouldn't close. Unfortunately, she was a flight attendant over here on holiday (maybe that's where she learned to issue orders so compellingly), and isn't likely to be back. I still correspond with her, on the off chance that she might come back or I might get over there. But I'll never forget that cool voice and crisp accent directing the show and queening me so beautifully.

7) Canadian: I don't know. A chick saying "eh" all the time just gives me a quarter inch.

Well Bill,

I have heard Canadian girls and i hardly heard any eh ! But i feel they talk in a very odd fashion. Kind of like android like LOL
Like Data in Startrek LOL

Funny thing is why canadian people promote their country a lot. Like every impending Canadian citizen is a mobile tourism board. Its like saying, we exist on the planet too LOL ! I got relatives in Canada and when they visited me i got miniature canadian flags, keychains, banners, badges, balls etc etc. wierd !

Canada has never been a melting pot - more like a tossed salad.

I don't even know what street Canada is on.

Oh poor little Kyle, ignorance is so often humorous, now what little place would you call home? Being Canadian, I guess I'am a "walking tourism billboard" as you put it, just proud to be Canadian I suppose. At least I know where I'm from and who my neighbours are, can you say the same? As far as the girls I've met so far, I'd rank them in this order, Canadian (naturally) then Irish, Swedish, Aussie's and I've met a few very nice Cuban girls too.

Life is not all curtains and rocks, get out and explore the world, learn some geography because there are a lot of great people to meet and places to see.

Now....lets cut out the heat and get back to some good old trampling and face-sitting, what this fantastic board is all about.

i just cannot belieove that all of you are slating the brummie accent, come on it's easily the most interesting and inspiring accent of all england........ :p :D

interestingly, in german itīs different (at least for me): itīs a huge turn-off for me if a girl speaks too much accent. it doesnīt make her sound sexier at all, more like... funnier. and a little simple-minded.
i think bill is right about french and italian. and swedish... and all the latina flavours... why do you seem to have more swedish girls in the usa than we have in germany? odd thing. i only knew one from a studentīs exchange.

Wasn't being personal Harry ! Just wanted to say that Canadians are quite boring ole "farts" with their patriotic bullshit. Ever hear of canada going to war ? LOL

I agree with you on point two, that you gotta mingle with the world. That would kill all sorts of patriotism and fundamental ideologies as we discussed in the theme of Religion in the flame pit !

Just being an a$$ here LOL

Do Brummies have an accent ??? LOL
I know the Welsh definitely do ! Ever hear of a Scots woman doing some really nasty facesit and singing some scottish folklore songs LOL

Hey Kyle....I know your an a$$, you don't have to prove it!! LOL
heh heh....

Canada going to war...geesh, don't even mention that around here, people are still divided over that issue.

I hear the weapons of MASS DESTRUCTION are still in the basement of the Pentagon, apparently the boys forgot to take them over....never did find em huh? ha ha...LOL.

Your other point is interesting, Scottish girls facesitting, how about during a "Milling Frolic"....any you americans ever hear of one of those? Betcha the Irish and Scottish here on the board could tell ya. If a Scottish girl facesat you during one of those, you'd know it...if ya surrived.

Kyle, I was over to Scotland & Ireland a couple of years ago, the girls are great over there, a real delight to watch and listen to. I learned how to decipher the language a bit on a flight from Halifax to Glasgow, a 5 hour flight sitting beside a girl from the Band of the Black Watch from Aberdeen.

loads of fun......

irish girls are the best.
very very pretty, and down to earth too.
i'm not sure about the welsh.......they don't like the english, so i guess that's why.:thebird:
stevo28's hometown, geordieland, are really great people too......very fun loving and always up for a joke.
