These are photos taken during a video shoot and are not on any website. Actually I do not have a website. I guess I'm too busy to run one. :)

That 2x4 with 370 lbs on it is pretty tough to handle. It kind of reminds me of spike heels in a way. You just relax your muscles, let the weight sink in, and go into that special "happy place" way in the back of your mind !! ;) I can handle that for about three minutes, then I start losing blood flow to my legs.
