Great find. Very nice, the court saw an accident for what it was. So why was she sentenced to community service at all? So I guess 2X heavier IS enough to hold a guy down. I never felt 300 lbs was that heavy when sitting or laying across oneself. What do you think?

When I first read the title I didn't expect it to be for real and of course if someone actually dies I don't think it's in anyway amusing. I do recall a case when I was living in Denver a few years ago when a really heavy guy sat on his wife because he claimed she was completely out of control. She also suffocated and as I recall I think they ruled that it was an accident although I'm not certain because it was so long ago. In any case the fetish of having someone sit on you is very different from this sort of situation.
