SPRING HILL, Fla.—A woman faces domestic battery charges after reportedly trying to stop her boyfriend from calling his ex-wife by sitting on his face, along with allegedly slapping and scratching him.

According to Hernando County Sheriff reports, Janet Miller, 26, got angry with her live-in boyfriend for calling his ex-wife. Although she claims not to have assaulted him, she said she did “intentionally sit on his face to prevent him from using the phone.“

Upon arrival, deputies report her boyfriend had a slight redness on his cheek and scratches along his back, which he said came from Miller. However, he did not want to go into detail about it or allow the deputy to take photographs because he said he didn’t want to get Miller in trouble. He did say he and Miller got into an argument after he attempted to use the telephone to call his ex-wife.

Miller was taken into custody for domestic battery and transported to the Hernando County Jail under a no bond status.

I thought this story should be continued, so here is a "fantasy" interview between the police investigator and the vicitm who got his face sat on:

Investigator: “Is this the first time Ms. Miller has been physically abusive to you?”

Boyfriend: “No, we fight a lot.”

Investigator: “When you two fight, does someone often get hurt?”

Boyfriend: “Yeah…me. As you’ve probably noticed, she’s bigger and stronger than I am, and once we get to tussling’ I always wind up on the bottom.”

Investigator: “Was this the first time she ever sat on your face?”

Boyfriend: “No, she almost always finishes me off by sitting on my face.”

Investigator: “Why did you report it this time and not before now?”

Boyfriend: “Because this time she gave me much more of a beating than usual. She almost smothered me to death. I thought she was going to kill me, and I’m pretty sure she actually smothered me to the point where I blacked out.”

Investigator: “Please tell me how the fight started.”

Boyfriend: “We were sitting on the couch and watching TV when we started to argue. I wanted to call my ex-wife and she didn’t want me to.”

Investigator: “Were you both clothed at the time?”

Boyfriend: “Oh yes, I was wearing shorts and a T-Shirt and Janet was wearing a T-Shirt and her favorite jeans.”

Investigator: “What happened next?”

Boyfriend: “Janet got me in a headlock and twisted me down onto the floor. She got me on my back and sat on my chest. Then she reached down and pinned by hands to the floor.”

Investigator: “Did you fight back?”

Boyfriend: “Well I tried to get away, but she’s just too strong and too heavy for me. I struggled for a while, but when she gets on top of me like that there’s really nothing I can do.”

Investigator: “When did she sit on your face, and for how long?”

Boyfriend: “Shortly after I stopped struggling she slid forward, first sitting high up with her crotch against me chin, and then lifting up and sliding forward some more until her ass was hovering just over my face. Then she sat down full weight, kind of wiggling around until she had a good seal over my mouth and nose.”

Investigator: “Was she hurting you at this point?”

Boyfriend: “Yes, she was hurting me in many ways. First, I was being smothered. Second, she was forcing me to smell her crotch and her butt crack, and third she was crushing my face, almost breaking my nose.”

Investigator: “How long did she pin you like that?”

Boyfriend: “I’m not really sure, but it was a long time. Eventually I’m pretty sure I passed out, because everything went black and the next thing I knew she was throwing cold water on my face.”

Investigator: “When she’s sat on your face in the past, has it always been in this manner?”

Boyfriend: “No, sometimes she ‘reverse facesits” me.”

Investigator: “Meaning what?”

Boyfriend: “Meaning she sits on me while facing my feet, with her ass pressed right onto my face. She pinned me like that outside on our front lawn a few months ago, and a lot of our neighbors and people driving by saw me lying there with my nose pressed right into her butt crack. I’m pretty sure several people took pictures, and you can imagine how humiliated I was to have her sitting on my face and pinning me like that in public.”

Great writing. Do go on with the jury selection where most jurors are disqualified because they all enjoy facesitting! The judge then has no choice but to release Janet for inability to find 12 impartial jurors :)
