Here's one of mine, 150lbs full weight on one foot for as long as it takes my wife to put her other shoe on, this is the way we usually start a trample session with heels. I prefer low heeled shoes as they transfer more of the weight - you should feel the pressure under this heel when she puts her entire weight on it in the palm of my hand - I can feel it for a couple of days afterwards.
