Couchingclub/yoogirls customer support.

I ordered a clip from the yoogirls, and my download did not go through, and donwload counter was reset to 0. I emailed Customer support but got no resonse yet(is been 1 week).
I have to mention that did happen before, but then the Customer support replied in 1 day.
