Anaconda Issue

A couple of weeks ago I purchased their movie ticket for $24.95 and attempted to view two movies. The first movie went off fine, but 5 mintes into the second movie the video feed timed out and I lost connection. I have written to the following address, waltr@earthlink.net, three times total now and the issue is still not resolved. Walter replied one time saying he would look into my usage but has not responded since. This is my first time signing up with Anaconda and I must say I am not pleased with their service. Has anyone had any problems with Anaconda and their movies in the past?

Yes. Sad to say it is true . I have had similar problems like that, Good luck getting a response out of people on this board as well. It seems these days everyone is just interested in viewing pics rather than giving advice or answering questions.

To whom it may concern:

I am writing once more regarding my account with your site
(username: XXXXXX).

Less than 24 hours after you activated my account on the 17th of
January, 2003, my account was disabled. When I contacted you, you said
that it was because of excessive downloads, and accused me of trying to
download the entire site. I replied by apologizing for the excess
download, explaining that I had gotten carried away because it was my
first day, and there was an abundance of high-quality material on your
site. I also explained that my intention certainly was NOT to "download
the entire site", as my intention was to use a download manager
restricted to only an hour of downloads during off-peak hours at night
to spare both your and my bandwidth.

You then told me that I could not save images and videos to my
hard disk. I explained to you that even by viewing the material
directly off your site, images and videos are still saved to my
computer's cache whether we agree to it or not, so the end result is
exactly the same. I also explained that I needed to download material
at night for subsequent viewing, because it was not practical for me to
access an adult web site during the day.

I then asked that you reconsider your decision to cancel my
account less than 24 hours after activation. I proposed to keep
downloads to less than 30 minutes a day, and only at night in order to
save bandwidth for both you and me. This is a very fair offer on my
part, as I doubt that you'll find ANYONE who'll promise to visit your
site for less than thirty minutes a day!

As it stands, you are invoking abuse that is NOT defined on your
site for the cancellation of my account. The only notice I ever saw was
on the main members' page, a vaguely defined warning that I took to
mean the sharing of passwords with other parties. It was never my
intention to share my password with anyone, nor to make the content
available to anyone but myself. There were no mentions WHATSOEVER of
transfer limits, or of restrictions on saving material to one's hard
disk.

As it stands, your decision to cancel my account was done
arbitrarily and without proper warning to me. Your decision is unfair,
as there was no malice or intent of abuse on my part, and I have
offered a very reasonable compromise by limiting my downloads in the
future. I have tried to write to you, and I have even placed a long-
distance phone call to present my case, but I have received no
satisfactory response.

Aside from being unfair, your practice is also illegal. As I'm
sure you desire to operate within the law, you'll want to make sure
that your terms and services are PROPERLY and CLEARLY defined before
taking such drastic actions, which they are not.

I ask you to reconsider so that we may come to an agreement.
Otherwise, you leave me no choice but to take the appropriate action to
protect my rights as a consumer and recover the cost of membership.

I've used this service several times and I've never had a problem.
Are you a dial up or broadband. I am broadband, made a purchase and was online for more than 1.5 hours and no problems.

As it sits right now, I have not heard back from Anaconda in a week. I have written them 3 times thus far.

My connection was with a cable modem. A few minutes into movie #2 (2 movies for $24.95), my connection was lost. I didnt lose connection to the internet, just to their site. I dont think the issue was on my end, and I am by no means blaming them for the lost connection, I just want to be able to access the site for the second movie. As soon as my connection dropped, I attempted to log back in and my account was disabled.

Thank you everyone. I for one will not waste my money on Anaconda's site. Hopefully enough of us will avoid this site enough where they either change their business practices or go out of business. For what's worth, I once had a session with a model that worked for Walter and she didn't speak to highly of him.

I had a lot of pleasure with anaconda.
Now, I think that Romanvideo or Misscrystal or Meanbitches are more interesting.

But the quality of the videos by Anaconda is the top.
Besides, some fine taboos like pissing are very well featured in Anaconda videos. No one has made better, with sometime 5 beautiful ladies using a handsome guy as a toilet slave. It is great and not so dirty (to my opinion, safer than all the anal fucking that is made in porn industry).

I think that the website of anaconda should improve his management. They have the best quality of video, but a weak gallery in the member area, the photographs are not very numerous, and always in the same place, the same way. They are mainly professional video makers and not very creatives.
