I'm really into meditation big time, and have tried that particular pose many times. My problem is controlling my breathing , which is paramount for the meditative state. Obviously I'm the one on the bottom , guess I'll keep on trying !!!!!! Wouldn't want to miss out on a state of enlightenment . I'll keep on trying even if it kills me!!!!:eyebrows:
