Please Help me I Lost 600MB of clips

The CD-rom were i saved 600MB of clips and pics from free foot fetish sites, broke in the boarder, in another words, all the data are lost. And it's impossible to download these trample material again, because most of these web site are closed and others became paying sites.
I don't need to recover all the lost clips and pictures, i just like
to have again the Goddess Nicole clips from the closed delphi forum UNDER HER FEET, i will give the names of the the clips i'd love to recover
Please guys, if someone have any of these clips, email me or reply here, please. some of you had downloaded clips from Godess Nicole
It was so sad when I lose these great clips.

Sugestion spend the xtra money and use CDRW discs the data is written differently and in smaller packets = less chance for errors
I haven't had a failure with cdrw discs yet :d But I have had numerous failures with cdrs
Also lower your write speed this will help

I als ohave used a demo data recovery program called Badcopy pro

I did not pay for the key but did find the files on the cdr it would not let me recover them but some how it made most of the disc readable again and I recovered 90% of the data (pics and vid clips):D
