QUICK NOTE:
Files were compressed with gzip, but it seems that forum can't upload .gz files (John, please, see if you can fix it), so I had to rename them in .zip.
If you are using Windows, you have first to rename them all in .gz and then extract the files with Winzip.
Then you have to attach each other the extracted files with the dos "copy \b" command. There is an example on how to do in the thread of the clips.
