I've just joined today and i can't get the videos to play

I've upgraded to the latest version of media player but i get this error code everytime i try to play a video C00D11B1

Hope someone can help. The main reason i joined was to watch the videos

How did you solve the problem?

By pure luck i think

I went into documents and settings then all users

Made it so i could see hidden files and folders, plus extensions etc

Opened up the drm folder that appeared and deleted everything in there.

That way when i started up media player again, it looked for new licences rather than whatever was already in there.

I read a lot of topics through google on that error code, seems to be a big pain for a lot of people
