"We draw names from a hat to see who you are competing with today, you then have two hours to get as many sales as possible over the phone. After time is up, the winner sets the days work and targets for the loser, if the loser reaches those targets, they have a job the next day, if they fail, they have to come to the boardroom, explain what happened and plead for their job. Still up for it Ed ?"
Being cocky and confident in his abilities, Ed thought it would be a walk in the park "No problem, I'm used to working in a targeted environment" he replied.
"You are selling insurance products to the American market, it is aimed at middle aged men and is a life insurance product. Then in the afternoon, we sell an entirely different product" Beth smiled enigmatically "Today, you will be competing against Alexandra" Beth said introducing Ed to a 5ft 7inch latina lady.
"Think you can beat me Ed" Alexandra cooed seductively in a Columbian accent that went with the 36D 23 38 figure, all toned and firm.
"I'll do my best" Ed replied confidently
"Time starts NOW" shouted Beth after everyone was seated with earpieces on and ready.
After an hour, looking up at the status screen, Ed was $3000 ahead, having sold $7000 worth of insurance, Beth came and sat on Ed's desk, listening to him close another $700 sale. She was wearing a short suit skirt that showed off her shapely legs with a white blouse that accentuated her 42 DD boobs. "You're doing well" Beth simpered "You can let up now you know, there's no way Alex can catch you"
"I need to earn commission" Ed replied looking longingly at Beths body

"I haven't won yet" Ed replied.
"OK, it looks like you're going to win. If you manage to LOOSE, you have to buy me dinner, if you win, I'll buy you dinner"

Bob looked back up to the board to see that Alex had put a spurt on and had overtaken him, he looked accusingly at Beth who just grinned, and walked away, pulling her skirt down tight across her butt as she walked.
40 minutes later Beth rang a bell at the front of the open office. "Times up" she shouted.
Bob looked up at the screen, it was very tight, but he had LOST.
"OK, winners to the front of the office please" Beth shouted.
All the winning Saleswomen got up and walked to the front.
"Tell everyone exactly what work you are going to get your LOSER to do, Joan, you go first"
"My LOSER has to do my afternoon shift for me, and had to keep a call volume of 45 minutes in the hour" said Joan
"My LOSER has to give me a head to toe massage while keeping their phone call going" said Amber a lovely 21 year old looking slim tall blond
"My LOSER has to participate physically in all my calls" said Alex, Ed wondered exactly what that meant, specially as there was a cheer in the office.
After the other girls finished, Beth came back to Eds desk.
"The real reason why we employ Women only is that in the afternoon, we run a domination, smother chatline. We take calls from stupid Americans with more money than looks and tell them exactly how we are going to suffocate them with our pussies and asses"
Ed looked down, then up again at Beth "Why didn't you tell me that at the interview, I would have understood your need for Women only, now I know this is the case, I quit"
