Tbone, my girlfriend sometimes use me as a step doing aerobic. First she beats me (jocking), then I lie on the floor and she start to step on me with music for about one hour with music.
After this she put off her shoes and she barefoot dances on me with soft music.
When she sees I'm destroyed and quite dead, she has a shower, she wear a good dress for home with stockings and she prepares dinner for her, trampling my body while preparing table.
The table is a short desk (like japanese), so she move it near me and she seat on my belly while eating.
After it, she unprepare the table, always stepping on my belly and chest, and she returns to seat on me for reading a book or watching TV.
Well, when she does it I stay on the floor for abou 4 hours as a dead man.

My exwife would also do some of that to me. She had a couple of videos that she'd exercise to. As you referred to, she would use my whole body including my face as the step as she stepped up and down and moved around. Her program also involved running in place, sometimes as long as 20 minutes. After that she'd sometimes jump up and down on my belly for a few minutes.

The stepping on my face and the jumping on my belly already exhausted after she ran on it would leave me bruised and a little battered. My face would be tender for a day or so as would my belly.

Talk about an abmistress workout, Valerie.:)

After the first few times she exercised on me and realized I'd actually survive in some shape, she didn't hold back and was pretty tired herself after her workout. Wonderful for both of us.

She got to really like it, never bought a step (she already had a nicer one than she could buy:)) and if she was doing it early in the morning, would wake me up to exercise with her.

Most of the time, she'd exercise in her bare feet or tights; she said that I was such a good cushion that she didn't really need her shoes and, since I took most of the shock, I made it easy on her joints during her high impact aerobic exercises. Believe me, it was a high impact, very aerobic exercise for me.

I never complained!

Amazingly, my previous girlfriend was a dancer with the Nashville Ballet. She took an opportunity with the Atlanta Ballet and had to move away. We are still friends.

So I understand, Chevalier, about the dancing on you. And why dancers' feet get so tired. I'd really take a beating under her lovely feet when she'd dance on me.

She even developed a special dance routine to "Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairies" from the Nutcracker that just crushed me flat in a few minutes.

She also loves latin dancing and when she got a really good sense of what she could do on me without injuring me, she introduced me to her medium heeled dance shoes. The day she first did a flamenco on my back was a new high in intense experiences; the marks and bruises lasted a week!:) God I loved being her dance floor!:D

OMG, TBone and Chevalier -- Latin dance is something that I have only recently discovered as a form of exercise, and believe me, I am trying it all out on my own rug, Hiro :)

I have him undress down to boxing trunks, and I am usually in bare feet (but sometimes medium-heeled boots if I am feeling especially naughty :) ). First I place him face down and dance up and down on his back, and once I have established my rhythm, I turn him face up and finish my dance practice on his stomach, which is a lot of fun because it is a challenge to keep my balance on such a spongy surface :) I also have to take smaller steps.

I also enjoy standing in place and swaying, using my hands and arms for expression, not unlike a hula-hula (and don't get me started on my hula-hoop workout, LOL!). Hiro says he enjoys watching me because he says I look cute when I am dancing on his tummy :) :) :)

Now I am making myself too excited and had best quit while I am ahead! :theband: :theband:
