It is a thick board,exactly in the middle a hole is and one can see everything. It sounds very well if the women run with her shoes about this.

You know, when I was younger and hadn't talked to anybody about trampling, a lot of the desires that others have, I apparently had then; I didn't learn it from anyone.

One of the first things that my gf in college and I tried was this. It kind of scared her at first, but barefooted was great and she got to really like it too. I still have not tried spiked heels, don't know if I have the courage.:)

The friend who is learning trample with me now is 145 pounds. Her spiked heels are wonderful, but deadly. We'll see!
