My brother -in-law was working at the Pentagon that day,and him and all of his friends got blown acrossed the room that day,when the plane hit the pentagon..Even with two broken arms,he was back to work the next day.
He is my hero.

You know, I am really very sorry that someone can't post the lyrics to a song without someone else then coming along and typing abuse, in capitals, against a general group of people who may, for all kinds of reasons, not be 100% behind the slaughter currently taking place in Iraq. (And, by the way, I am not against Operation Iraqi Freedom, despite a whole mass of reservations, and despite some of the more peculiar justifications.)

It is hard to say where this particular course of action will take us - but it may not always be the case that those who oppose it are even anti war, per se. There may, for example, be some who merely feel that folk over there may get just a tad upset about their loved ones being freed by being confined forever to holes in the ground, and I am not at all sure that the bereaved will take the point about 9/11, as a result, in the way apparently intended.

I've never, thank God, been in a war (although, by proxy, I suppose I am right now, but this is scarcely Baghdad.) I have, however, had many buildings and streets that I've frequented blown all to Hell, sometimes not so very long from my having been there.

Perhaps, as a result of the current action, this will never happen again? Then again, perhaps that is a wee bit fanciful. I admit that to do nothing is not an option, but I don't see that having different points of view about the best way forward is really as bad as all that? I know quite a lot of so-called shit-heads, in this context. Given different circumstances, I wouldn't cross them.

You know, I read all these posts promising I won't come in with just another opinion of whats right or wrong. But guess what......I'm American you must listen. lol. just kidding moby. The fact is we are AT war. We as in America and Britain and many other countries. We can argue to infinity whether it be for oil/money, protection, freedom or whatever. Me, I personally don't care the reason now. Doesn't matter anymore. Since 'we' are there, the important thing to me is we get rid of a very bad man. I hope we can all agree on one thing and that is Saddom is evil. Right? I believe if I were an Iraqi civilian,(I'm not so this is an opinion) and this guy was feeding my father, or my mother, into a wood chipper ALIVE, and I couldn't do anything about it, but watch, because I live in a shack and live off of this guys table scraps, Or maybe watch my sister get raped by one of his sons and then fed to his dogs. just saw on CNN that some help from some Christian aid-groups have arrived at some hospitals in the southern Iraq. And of course there where bibles for all patients included also. The bibles must have taken up quite some space at the trucks - space that could have been used for what the patient really need.

What would we say if we where at a hospital, struggleing for our lifes missing the right medicine and with lack of food - and a Muslim came from the other side of the world and wanted to help us with the Koran instead of what we really needed!!
