contact whoever handles their billing. it is normally listed on their website at the bottom of the page.

Possibly, although you would though if it had been hijacked he would have found a way to register another account by now and would be kicking up a fuss about it by now.

It's a strange change of personality though. I had a quick look back through some of his posts and saw quite a recent one where he's saying what a great community this is.

also you can email the webmaster and/or contact your credit card company telling them to stop the recurring billing.

First I would try ccbill.com though.
